Jennifer joined the agency in July of 2022 as our Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the agency, Jennifer worked for Spirit Medical Transport for 8 Years as a Dispatcher where she earned her Basic EMT Training. She loves working with customers which is great because she is the first contact many of our clients will make in person or by phone. Her free time is spent coaching with her husband their youngest daughter’s softball team and watching her oldest daughter march in the Newton Band. She and her family love camping at many state parks throughout the summer. Jennifer and her husband have lived in the area for over 20 years. Jennifer has a desire to expand her role in the agency and one day become a licensed agent.
